At what time it is possible to do the check-in?
It is possible to do the check-in after 14:00 until 24:00. The hotel has 24-hour reception desk.

Where can I park my car and what is the price?
Parking is possible at the hotel carpark and it is free of charge.

When do we need to do the check-out?
Check-out is possible until 10:00 during a week and until 11:00 during weekends.

What is included in the price of my stay?
Price of the stay includes breakfast, parking, wifi, welcome drink or daily cleaning of rooms.

What is not included in the price?
The price does not include local tax which is €0,66 per person per night. It is necessary to pay for an extra bed €18 per person per night if needed. It is possible to use additional services such as ironing or washing your laundry for additional charge. You can also buy something from our minibars which are available in all rooms. For an extra charge you can use our Crystal bar for your business meeting or conference.

Is it possible to store my luggage at the day of my departure? What is the charge?
It is possible to store your luggage at the reception desk free of charge.

What activities do you recommend near the hotel?
Our hotel offers horse rides for an extra charge. Guests can visit co-cathedral of St. Nicholas situated just five minutes from the hotel. Another option is to visit opal mines or Slovak technical museum.

How is the breakfast served?
The breakfast is served in the buffet style.

When is the breakfast served?
During weeks the breakfast is served from 7:00 to 10:00 and during weekend from 8:00 to 10:00.

How can I pay?
It is possible to pay for your stay by credit card or in cash right at the reception desk. We accept mastercard, visa and maestro credit cards.

When do I need to pay for my stay?
It is possible to pay for the stay right after check-in or during the stay. Usually guests pay during their check-out.
